摘要
锯末、素砂、砂壤等3种基质对葡萄硬枝扦插的催根效应是不同的锯末、素砂对插条的催根数分别比砂壤增加27%和239%,根的长度分别比砂壤增加348%和39%;根的粗度锯末比砂壤增加78%,素砂比砂壤减少95%;3种基质催根成活率分别为100%,97%,94%.锯末的保温性、相对含水量、通气性均优于素砂和砂壤。
Sawdusts,pure sands and sandy loams have different root speeding effect on one year old mature cuttaged grape vine. The sped roots of sawdust and pure sands are respectively 27.0 % and 23.9 % higher than that of sandy loam, and the length of roots are respectively 34.8 % and 3.9 % longer than that of loam, and the diameter of roots in sawdusts is 7.8 % wider than that in sandy loams but the diameter of roots in pure sands 9.5 % thinner than that in sandy loams. The survival rates of sped roots are 100 %、97 % and 94 %. The sawdust has better warmth keeping feature, relative moisture content and aerated feature than pure sands and sandy loam. These better characters are more benifical to speed root.
