福建汉族人群D2S44、D10S28、D4S163 VNTR多态性研究

The study of D2S44、D10S28 and D4S163 VNTR polymorphism in the Fujian Han population

目的 了解福建汉族人群D2S44、D10S28、D4S163 VNTR多态性,为亲权关系概率计算提供基因频率。方法 采用美国Lifecodes公司提供的VNTR检测试剂盒,应用RFLP技术首次对福建省9个地市103名汉族无关个体进行D2S44、D10S28、D4S163 VNTR多态性研究,并将所得基因频率与中国台湾、香港、新加坡等地区进行比较。结果 福建汉族人群三位点VNTR呈高度多态性,其杂合率分别为88.6％、86.3％、90.6％,呈孟德尔经典遗传,分布符合Hardy-Wein-berg平衡定律。结论 福建、台湾、香港、新加坡华人互为比较,D2S44、D10S28位点基因频率没有显著性差别(P>0.500)。

Objective To study the polymorphism of D2S44,D10S28 and D4S163 VNTR in the Fujian Han population. The data of frequency can be used in forensic analyses and paternity test. Methods The VNTR kit was producted by Lifecodes Company in American. Fixed bin frequencies of the VNTR loci D2S44,D10S28 and D4S163 were determined by RFLP on samples of 103 unrelated Han nationalities in Fujian. The data were compared with published data from Tai Wan, Hong Kong and Singapore. Results The frequencies of three loci showed high polymorphism. The heterozygote rates of the D2S44,D10S28 and D4S163 loci were 88. 6%,86. 3% and 90. 6%,according with Hardy-Weinberg expectations. Conclusion The fixed bin frequencies of the VNTR loci D2S44,D10S28 are not marked different among Fujian, Tai Wan,Hong Kong and Chinese in Singapore.
