西部大开发中的我州稳定问题
摘要
现在,国家正在实施西部大开发战略。我州处在西部的西部,在全国,算是个大自治州。在这样一个特殊的西部地区搞大开发,如何正确处理开发与稳定的关系,是实施西部大开发战略必须注意的一个重要问题。
