摘要
本文应用电子计算机辅助设计的技术,分别设计了浆网速比的串级调节系统和前馈调节系统及其相应的调节器数学模型;应用高级连续模拟语言(ACSL),分别对具有调节系统的纸机湿部进行了模拟运行和结果的比较。结果说明这两种调节系统均能达到较好的控制效果;而前馈调节系统比串级调节系统的效果更优。
Efflux ratio is an important variable affecting the uniformity and characteristics of the final paper. Therefore, it is important for medium and high-speed paper machines to have their efflux ratio under control. This article presents the employment of CAD technique for designing a feedforward control system, a cascade control system and their controller's mathematical models for controlling efflux ratio. The performance of the paper machine wet end with efflux ratio control systems are simulated by Advanced Continuous Simulation Language (ACSL). Results of simulation are analysed and compared.It is found that both feedforward control system and cascade control system' presented in this article are capable of overcoming disturbances to give efficient control responses, with feedforward control better off than cascade control.
