摘要
本文对大型发电机组非线性电阻灭磁进行了研究,详细地分析和比较了SiC压敏电阻和ZnO压 敏电阻非线性电阻灭磁的特点,并对某840MW发电机组进行了仿真计算。
The huge-scale synchronous generator de-excitation with non-linear resistance is discussed in this paper.The characteristics of non-linear elements of SiC a nd ZnO are analyzed and compared each other in detail.Finally,the simulation res ults on a 840MW electric machine are shown.
