ISO 9000 and Modern Quality Management for Automobile Maintenance and Service Industry

摘要 针对我国汽车维修服务业的现状 ,提出按ISO 90 0 0国际标准建立现代质量管理模式以满足客户的要求 。 In view of the present situation of automobile maintenance and sevice industry in China, this paper advocates to establish an advanced quality model according to ISO 9000 standards to meet customers' demands; it also suggests some concrete procedures and methods for execution.
