摘要
文化差异是跨国公司管理中所必须解决的“瓶颈”问题 ,文化管理作为解决该问题的一种答案 ,是人类管理思想历史发展的必然 ,是当代经济全球化过程中文化与经济融合、碰撞的产物 ,是比较管理研究的结晶 ,并体现出宏观与微观、技术与文化。
Cultural difference is a bottleneck that should be dealt with in the management of a transnational company. Cultural management, as a solution to the problem, becomes a matter of necessity with the development of human management thoughts. It is a product of the integration and collision between culture and economy in the globalization of modern economy as well as the crystalization of comparative research in management. It features the combination of macrograph and micrograph, technology and culture, national tradition and universal rational.
