“国家安全”概念是构建国家安全理论体系的基石和逻辑起点 ,应包含着关于国家安全的一切矛盾的萌芽。因此 ,研究国家安全的理论必须首先从哲学高度研究国家安全概念。“国家安全”这个概念是实体与属性的统一 ,是主体与客体的统一 ,是事实判断与价值判断的统一 ,是静态与动态的统一 ,是内因与外因的统一。

The concept of 'National Security' is the cornerstone and logical starting point on which the system of national security theory is built. It includes the seeds of all contradictions concerning national security.Therefore,it's quite necessary to study the theory of national security from the aspect of philosophy. Actually, 'National Security' is the unification of substance and property, subject and object, judgement of facts and value, static state and dynamic state, external causes and internal causes.
