摘要
目的为建立溶血性贫血(HA)和再生障碍性贫血(AA)两种贫血动物模型,研究HA和AA的发病机理。方法50只杂种健康家兔随机分为两组,25只皮下注射盐酸苯肼制备溶血性贫血(HA)模型;另25只行60Coγ-射线亚致死量全身照射后输注同种异体胸腺淋巴细胞诱发AA型。结果HA组成功率100%,死亡率56%(14/25只);AA组成功率为92%(23/25只)。结论两种模型的发生时间较稳定,实验重复性好,结果可靠。
bjective: To study the pathogenic mechanism of hemolytic
anemia(HA) and aplastic anemia(AA), models of hybrid rabbits with HA and AA were establish.
Methods: 50 hybrid rabbits were divied at random into two groups, 25 rabbits were injected with
phenyl hydrochloride subcutaneous to prepare the model of HA. The other 25 rabbits, the AA
group were given the xenogenic thymus lymphocytes transfusion on general irradiation by
60 Co γ-ray of half lethal dose. Results: The rate of success was 100% and death in 14 out of
25(56%) rabbits in group HA. In group AA the rate of success was 92% in 23 out of 25 rabbits.
Conclusions: The two anemic models have a stabilization in pathogenenic period, good
experimental repetition and the reliable results, and they will lay a foundation on HA and AA the
pathogenesis and the experimental study.
