糖脉康对高脂血症大鼠血脂影响的实验研究

THE ACTION OF TANGMAIKANG ON THE BLOOD-LIPID IN HYPERLIPOIDEMIA RATS

目的探讨中药降糖药──糖脉康对大鼠血脂代谢的影响。方法用高脂饲料喂饲大鼠制作外源性高脂血症大鼠模型，然后糖脉康灌胃给药30d，取血酶法测定血清甘油三酯（TG）、血清总胆固醇（TC）含量，统计学处理数据。结果高脂血症＋糖脉康组大鼠血TG、血TC含量明显低于高脂血症组大鼠血TG、血TC含量（P＜0.01）。结论糖脉康具有降低高脂血症大鼠血脂作用。

Objective To observe the effects of the chinese hypoghicendc medicine Tangmaikang on the metabollsm of blood lipid. Methods The hyperlipidemia rats induced by feeding high fat diet were administered gastrically for 30.The CTG and TC in the serum were detected by blood enzyme methoe.The acquired data were detected through statistics.Results The levels of the serum CTG and TC in the group of the hyperlipoidemia and Tangmaikang:were slgnificantly lower than those in the group of the hypolipoidemia (P<0.01). Conclusion Tangmaikang have the effect of decreasing the blood-lipid in hyperlipoidemia rats.
