摘要
目的为了选择更好的治疗四肢长骨骨折的外固定器材。方法我们研究制造了三维可调式外固定架，经临床试用观察。结果该外固定架具有各方向随意调整；可使骨折复位、固定，可加压和延长；固定稳定可靠的优点。结论架体轻巧，优于其他外固定器材。
Objective To select better outer-fixed eguipment to treat the four limbs fracture of long bone. Method The 3D - adjustable type outer - fixed frame was studied and made. Through clinical observation, the frame have the advantages of every direction regulate as one please; reduce and fix fracture;add pressure and lengthen;stable and reliable.Conclusion The frame is lighter and better than other outer - fixed equipment.
