摘要 目的 :研究上皮钙粘素 (E -cadherin ,E -CD)和CD44H在大肠慢性炎症及大肠癌组织中的表达及与生物学行为的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学SP法进行研究。结果 :2 0例大肠慢性炎症及 46例大肠癌组织中E -CD的阳性表达率分别为 90 % (18/2 0 )、46 % (2 1/4 6 ) ,良、恶性病变差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;CD44H的阳性表达率分别为 2 0 % (4/2 0 )、74% (34 /4 6 ) ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;同时E -CD及CD44H在大肠癌组织中的表达与其分化程度 (P <0 0 5 )、浸润深度 (P <0 0 1)、淋巴结转移 (P <0 0 1)有关。结论 :E -CD及CD44H参与了肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润及转移。 Objective:To study the expression of E-CD and CD44H in colic carcinoma and the relationship of the expression with the biological behavior of the cancer.Methods: In 46 cases of carcinoma of the colon, the expression of E-CD and CD44H was studied by histoimmunochemical technic (SP method) and the expression was compared with the biological behavior of the cancer.Normal mucoca tissue taken from 20 cases of chronic colitis served as the control. Results: The positivity rate of E-CD was higher in the normal mucosa than in the carcinoma tissue (90% vs 46%,P<0 01);the positivity rate of CD44H was lower in the normal mucosa than in the carcinoma tissue (20% vs 74%, P<0 01). Conclusion: The expression of E-CD and CD44H correlates with the differentiation, the depth of local invasion and the lymph node metastasis.
