They are particular, principal part , special object, passive switch and scientific result, So it's very necessary to establish system of expert witness affirmation and examination the rank of the appraisal object should also become the essential factor of appraisal system. It's favourable to keep the appraisal neutrality and make a clean break with the appraisal right and judicature right stressing the passive switch of appraisal procedure . And also it's favourable to determine the effect system of appraisal stressing the scientific result.
