论我国网络著作权的保护与完善

On Protection and Perfection of Our Country's Network Copyright

进入新经济时代以后 ,网络与人们的生活已经息息相关。在这个虚拟的世界里 ,网络著作权成为法学圈乃至于“网民”最为关注的问题之一 ,对网络著作权的立法及相关司法保护的探讨 ,既是我国建设法治国家的需要 ,也是适应入世后新形势的需要。本文对我国网络著作权侵权的有关问题略陈管见 ,并对我国网络著作权的有关立法提出了相应的建议。

Network is closely linked with the people's life as the coming of new economic age . Network copyright an invented world , has become one of the most interesting questions in the range of law even network people. It's need for building a legal country and for the new situation after the access of WTO to study network copyright legislation and its law protection. This article discusses the problems about our country's network copyright tort, and puts forwards the inexpensive suggestions about our country's network copyright legislation.
