摘要
中国近代警政始于清末。善耆是清末著名的警政大员 ,他负责设立工巡局 ,整顿京师警政 ,关注警政教育 ,在中国近代警政建设及向近代化迈进的过程中 ,其作用不容忽视。
Chinese police service in modern times began at the end of Qing Dynasty.Shan Qi,a famous Senior officer of police service at that time,was in charge of the set of Patrol-police Office and the consolidation of the police service in Peking,as well as the education of police service. Because of these,his importance should not be neglected,especially in the course of the construction of Chinese police service in modern times and its first step to modernization.
