Beside the current system,the ideological roots which cause the deline of Trustworthiness are the conflicts between the traditional moral concepts and the market economy benefit principles.Trustworthiness reconstruction should be done in the following aspects:to mold the economic personality of reliability,to make the best use of the function of political guidance,to bring forth newideas in system ethics and establish the reward-punishment mechanism.
