摘要
给出了腐蚀阴极尖端成形的最佳条件 ,使得阴极尖端的腐蚀效果明显 ,针尖对称性和重复性都很好 。
This paper gives optimum conditions of corroding cathode, the corroding cathode is very effective. The symmetry and repeat is very good for the point of cathode.The rate of end product and quality will be improved.
