摘要
目的 建立测定葡萄糖酸亚铁片含量的分光光度法。方法 以邻二氮菲为显色剂与Fe2 +生成橙红色化合物 ,在 5 10nm处测定吸光度 (A)。结果 葡萄糖酸亚铁浓度 (C)在 34~ 2 75 μg ml范围内呈良好线性 ,回归方程为C =4 .987A - 0 .0 0 2 ,r=0 .9994。平均回收率为 98.4 8% ,RSD为 0 .71%。结论 本方法准确、稳定、简便 。
Objective: To establish a spectrophotometric method for the determination of ferrous gluconate in ferrous gluconate tablets. Methods: Ferrous gluconate was determinated by spectrophotometric on 510nm. Results: Ferrous gluconate was good linear over the range 34~275(g/ml (C=4.987(A-0.002 ,r=0.9994),the average recovery was 98.48%(n=5), and RSD was 0.71%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and precise.
