比索洛尔与安替洛尔治疗甲亢快速心律失常疗效比较

A comparion of curative efficacy of bisoprolol and atenolol on treating quick cardiac arrhythmias caused by hyperthyroidism

目的 探讨甲状腺机能亢进 (简称甲亢 )快速心律失常的治疗方法 ,观察比较比索洛尔 (bisoprolol简称BSP)与安替洛尔 (atenolol简称Ate)的疗效。方法 6 9例甲亢快速心律失常患者 ,随机双盲分为比索洛尔组与安替洛尔组 ,分别口服比索洛尔 2 .5～ 10mg d一次口服 ,安替洛尔 12 .5～ 10 0mg分两次口服 ,14天后观察比较两组治疗变化。结果 BSP组总有效率为 96 % ,Ate组总有效率 90 % ,两组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 两种药物均能迅速减慢心率 ,使房性及室性早搏消失 ,部分心房颤动转为窦性心律 ,改善临床症状 ,副作用少 。

Objective: To find out the effective treatment and observe the efficacy of bisoprolol(Bsp) and atenolol(Ate) on quick cardiac arrhythmias caused by hyperthyroidism. Methods: 69 cases were divided into two groups randomly: Bsp group and Ate group. They were treated with bisoprolol 2.5～10 mg/d p.o. qd and atenolol 12.5～100 mg/d p.o. bid and observe the efficacy of two groups 14 days later. Results :The total effective rates of the Bsp group and the Ate group were 96% and 90% respectively.There were no significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Two kinds of drugs can both slow down heart rate quickly, smooth away atril and ventricular premature beats,change a part of atrial fibrillation into sinus cardial rhythm, improve clinical symptom and have little side effect. Bisoprolol is better than atenolol in changing atrial fibrillation.
