土茯苓中部分无机元素含量的测定

Determination of the contents of inorganic element in Smilax Glabra

目的 测定土茯苓中无机元素含量。方法 湿法消化 ,应用火焰原子吸收分光光度计 ,用标准加入法测定。结果 土茯苓中Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cd等元素含量较高 ;K、Cu、Zn等元素含量相对较低。

Objective: To determine the content of inorganic element in Smilax Glabra. Methods: Digestion of water and the atomic absorbing spectrophotometer were used to determine the contents with standard addition method. Results There were rich inorganic elements such as Ca?Mg?Fe?Mn?Cd in Smilax Glabra,and the contents of K?Cu?Zn were lower. Conclusion Smilax Glabra is of great medicinal value because of the rich inorganic element.
