On the Further Education of Guangxi's Staffs in the Realm of Politics & Law

广西政法工作者是维护广西社会稳定和促进法制建设和经济建设的重要力量 ,他们综合素质的高低会直接影响到广西经济和社会的发展 ,因此 ,加强广西政法工作者的继续教育很有必要。文章认为 ,广西政法工作者的继续教育存在着不少问题 ,为此 ,文章提出了加强和改进广西政法工作者继续教育的若干措施。

Guangxi's staffs in the realm of politics and law are the important power in the promotion of Guangxi's legal and economic constructions. Their comprehensive qualities will directly influence the development of Guangxi's economy and society. Therefore, it is very necessary to improve their further education. Two kinds should be included: non-credential further education and credential further education. The thesis will discuss the improvement on them.
