摘要
该文就日本对中小企业立法支持状况和经验作了介绍 ,并与我国中小企业立法现状作了比较 ,提出了若干立法建议。
The thesis introduces the legislative support to medium- and small-sized companies in Japan, and gives suggestions by comparing the situation with that in China.
