Education of the Basic Swimming Skills

学习游泳，对初学者来说，首先要适应新的水中环境，获得基本的游泳技能，这样才能较好的更快地学会游泳。笔者就游泳基本技能的培养进行阐述，使学游泳者能更快、更规范地掌握游泳这一技术。

It’s primary for swimming beginners to accustom to the new water environment and acquire the basic swimming skills, and then they can swim freely. The author claborates the education of the basic swimming skills so that the swimming beginners can master the skills more quickly and more standardly.
