体育——现代人追寻健康的最佳方式

Sports—the Best Method of Improving Health

摘要 人类面对的是超工业社会,人们在享受科学技术带来的种种便利的同时,也不得不面对科学技术给人们健康所带来的种种隐患。健康是一切人生幸福的基础,健康体现了人类对自身前途和命运的基本的关怀,而体育是体现这种基本关怀的最佳执行者。体育在促进人的生理、心理健康方面有着比医疗卫生更积极的意义。体育在未来社会必将成为人类追寻健康的最佳方式。 The human being is facing with the super industrial society. People not only enjoy the facilitates of technology, but also face the problems for health. Health is the basis of happiness. Sports is more active than medicine. Sports must be the best method for health.
