The Elementary Introduction of the Foster in Athletes’ Aerobics Expression Ability

摘要论述了“表现力”在健美操比赛中的重要作用及影响健美操表现力的因素，并探寻了健美操运动员表现力的培养途径，通过乐感，动作技术，技能，意识和心理素质的培养，使运动员体会动作的美感，表达音乐的含义，增强艺术感染力。 This article discusses the importance of expression ability in aerobics match and influence factors on acrobics expression ability and the foster way of such ability. Through fostering their movement technology, technical ability, consciousness and psychology quality make athletes embody movemnt’s aesthetic filing and music implication and enhance art influence.
