从体育教学的特点和体育教师劳动的特殊性进行分析，论述了体育教师劳动价值的潜在、流动和凝结形态等，以期使体育教师的劳动受到社会的尊重，并引起社会对体育教师劳动价值的关注。

From analyzing the features of physical teaching and speciality of physical teacher’s labour value, it tells us the potential, floating and condensing statements in fields of physical education teacher’s value, as to hope that the physical education teacher’s labour can be respected and his labour value can be paid close attention by the society.
