从动物词汇文化形象看中德文化差异

同一动物词汇在不同的文化中有不同的文化内涵 ,词汇层面上存在着深层的文化差异。本文以大家熟悉的两个动物“杜鹃鸟”和“牛”为例 ,分析为这两个动物性词汇在中、德文学作品中以及成语和俗语中所分别表现出来的词语形象 ,并探讨中德文化在词汇层面上所展现出的某些底蕴。

Words referring to the same animal in different cultures may have different cultural images to show different cultural connotations. The different word forms reveal the intensive cultural differences behind. This article takes two most common animals “cuckoo” and “cattle” as examples to analyze the sense of image made by the two words of animal in Chinese and German literature,as well as idioms and proverbs so as to probe into some cultural connotations revealed by Chinese and German words.
