This article has made a thechnical summary of selection copmuter resource for MIS of a port which is located in the southern part of our county, It outlines features of the port's MIS, and describes the method, principle and technical requirement for selecting the computer resource. Finally, the author presents the method and model for estimating the selecting computer resource's schme of the port's MIS.
