摘要
根据近几年来健美操的发展变化,在总结教学经验的基础上,提出健美操教学内容应及时吸收时尚流行的新创动作,并注重动作编排的流畅性。采用A+B+C的动作连接及教学形式,强调教师的精讲多练。采用个人、集体相结合的创编及考核方法,注重培养学生创编能力的同时加强对学生教学基本功能力的培养。
With the development of aerobic exercises in recent years, on the basis of our teaching practice, we propose that the latest and popular series of exercise be introduced to our training course and the fluidity of movements be stressed. We adopt the 'A+B+C' method in choreography and teaching practice, and emphasize that teachers should give abbreviate instructions, assigning more time for students to practice. Students are asked to edit both individual and team movements, and then practice them. Students are scored by their performance in both aspects. We guide s tudents to solidify their capability of being basic instructors, while we also put emphasis on developing students' ability to choreograph their exercise.
