本文从解决水泥立窑煅烧生产过程测控实际问题出发,介绍了水泥窑面集散型数字仪表测控系统的硬件和软件配置的主要功能,并以一种标准化体系结构模式描述了该集散系统的操作站和控制站的布局设计思想。本文的设计方法,不仅适用于水泥窑面测控生产过程控制,而且对其它诸类生产过程控制也同样有可借鉴的实用价值。

This paper discusses about the manufacturing process of calcination in Cement shaft —kiln.The main function is introduced in it ,which is produced by hardware and software in Ce- ment kiln surface total distributed number instrument controlsystem.The thought for design and layout in operating and controlling station of total distributed system is implied according to struc- ture model of standard system.The ways discussed in it not only are adapted to controlling the manufacturing process by Cement kiln surface,but also have practical virtue in other processes like this.
