浅谈高校体育专业学生基本裁判工作能力的培养

Discussion on an Education that will Equip the Studentsto Handle the Juridical Capability in P.E Institutes

根据高校青年体育教师在竞赛组织和担任裁判工作方面能力欠缺的现状 ,分析了问题产生的原因 ,并从课程改革的角度提出了体育类大学生在校期间如何培养适应基层学校组织竞赛和担任裁判工作要求的能力的若干措施。

Bases on defective capability of young teachers in P.E of universities and colleges in organizing a competition and being a eligible judge in games , the article analyses some causes why the defection produced and points out how to training the juridical capability from the reform of curriculum planning in order to make the students adapt organizing a competition and being a eligible judge in institutes of P.E and P.E dept. of normal universities.
