摘要
通过对松江区当前课余训练以及体育后备人才培养状况的调查，分析制约课余训练发展的几大矛盾，提出本区培养体育后备人才的目标、指导思想，并提出培养综合素质高的学生是促进体育后备人才可持续发展的关键所在的观点。
By investigating the training after school and the cultivation of reserve athletes at present in Songjiang District, we've analyzed several main contradictions which restrict the development of the training after school. According to the situation we've put forward the aim at cultivating reserve athletes in Songjiang District. Exploring the cultivation of the students with the high synthetic qualities is the key to promoting the sustainable development of reserve athletes.
