试析体育锻炼对老年人身心健康的影响 被引量:19

摘要 通过对浙江省和上海市 496名老年人体育协会会员参加体育锻炼前后身体形态、身体机能、运动能力以及对老年人常见病症影响的调查 ,结果发现 ,科学合理的体育锻炼不仅可以降低老年人体内脂肪的含量 ,改善体型 ,提高肺活量 ,降低血压 ,促进新陈代谢 ,全面提高老年人的力量、柔韧、灵敏、速度和耐力素质 ,而且对老年人的常见病症也有良好的效果。说明了体育锻炼虽不能阻止老年人身心衰退的趋势 。 An research made on the old sports' associate member of Zhejiang Province and Shanghai includes the exercises' effect to anthropometry?body functions?ability of sports and commomly encountered disease.The result shows scientific and reasonable physical exercise can not only decrease the fatiness of the old,improve somatotype,improve vital capacity,depress blood pressure,promote metabolish and improve the olds strength capacity,tenacity capacity,agility capacity,velocity capacity and stamina capacity,but also benfit for the old commonly encountered disease.In other words,the physical exercise couldn't prevent the old from decline but improve the life quality of the old and slow down the process of aging which couldn't be replaced with other ways.
