摘要 实施晨跑制度在我国部分高校已进行了十几年的研究。研究表明 ,它有助于促进高校体育工作的蓬勃开展 ,克服高年级学生锻炼时间少 ,体质下降等种种弊端 ,对增强体质 ,提高技术水平 ,培养学生的意志品质和终身体育锻炼意识都有十分明显的作用 。 Morning running has been practised in some colleges and universitites for over ten years.The research on it is very important to the further reform and development of P.E. education in China.Based on fipures and comparative research ,the article shows that practising morning running is condusive to the rapaid development of universitys P.E. education .It can solve the problem of insufficient physical training.Morning running can not only improve students health and physique but also raise the students skill level.It will have great influence on the students will and their passion for life long physical training.
