A Probe into the Ways of Improving the Results of China Women Broad Jump

通过对中外女子跳远运动员有关运动学技术参数的对比分析 ,对提高我国女子跳远成绩的有效途径进行了探讨。认为提高绝对速度能力是提高跳远成绩的前提 ,提高运动员快速的起跳能力是关键 。

Through comparing and analysing the skills of women broad Jumpers at home and abroad,this essay probes into the methods of improving the results of China women broad jump.The author thinks that absulute speed,fast take off and take off movements are the good ways to improve the results.
