薄壁圆管悬臂梁式组合变形试验装置的设计与应用

摘要 本装置是采用电测手段,将空心圆管悬臂梁在弯曲和扭转联合作用下处于二向应力状态时,准确地测量试件上任意点主应力的大小和方向,利用电桥的加减原理进行应力分离及动态测量。此外,本装置还可作静态标定试验。 On this apparatus, the circular tube in antilever beam style is installed in two-orientation stress state under the combined-effect of bending and twisting. Using electric-testing measurements, we can obtain the value and orientation of the principal stress in every point of the sample accurately. The apparatus can separate stresses and make dynamic measurements by using the principle of plus and subtract of electric-brige. And also, a static location experiment can be finished in this equipment,
