摘要
体育教学中组织教学、讲解与示范是教学的重要手段 ,是衡量体育教师教学能力的重要标志。教学时要注重教学艺术 ,讲究教学技巧 ,以提高教学效果。
Organization,explanation and demonstration are primary means of sports teaching and important marks of the teachers ability of teaching.Therefore,the teachers should lay stress on the art of teaching and the techniques of teaching in order to better the result of teaching.
