“入世”后江西企业面临的问题及其对策
摘要
本文分析了江西企业“入世”后必将受到三大压力的冲击,即:市场竞争压力、人才外流压力、就业压力。在此基础上提出了整装上阵、构筑人才高地、发展私企等对策。
