At presnt,because of its quick communication of information and high given attention,journal has been the foundamental and main resources from which knowledge and information is taken,especially in universities and scietific research.This paper discusses the order,manage and usage of journal and the development of document resources,and studies the electronic journal and the reading on the internet.
