This article characterises Robert Weiner's research about law and communication relation as a model of legal communication control which includes such major aspects as communication control model, legal regulation technics, court adjudicating model etc. At the same time, it analyses the hidden contradiction in his theoretical structure, and developes the concept of'Rebert Weiner Dilemma'. 'Robert Weiner Dilemma''s con- tribution is that it reveils the unjustice and fraudulent nature of legal prototype, and challenges real legal systems seriously.
