本文从交通分配问题的本质出发,在分析公路交通特性的基础上,根据用户最优分配原理,设计了相应的实用算法。同时,结合一个简例,说明了该方法的使用步骤和有效性。

On the basis of analysing the highway traffic characteristics, this paper, starting off with the essence of assignment problems, proposes a relevant practical algorithm according to the User optimization princile, and illustrates its using steps effectiveness with a simple example.
