This paper introduces the implementation of statistics and analysis for the aspects of ve- hicle transportation by extracting the vehicles' random data in the vehicle investigation. This technique has been implemented by using computer, which can provide the decision basis for the vehicles' mannge- ment and control. The computer-based sampling method including the initial data structure and pro- gramming is described in detail.
