摘要
文章综述了江苏省长江驳运公司管理信息系统(SCBMIS)的建设与技术实现要点。主要有二个方面内容:一是SCBMIS建立的可行性分析,包括管理信息系统调查、系统分析以及系统建立应具备的几个条件,二是系统的总体设计方案,它介绍了系统设计目标、设计原则和系统具备的功能。
This paper surveys main points for implementing a MIS of Yangtze River Lighter Company of Jiangsu Province. These should include feasibility such as the system's requirement, analysis and Conditions for building this MIS, and also include overall design scheme of the sys- tem. This Scheme introduces design aim, design principle and functions of the MIS.
