摘要一名记者在联合国环境规划署总部的新闻中心内，整理关于在中国新疆发现新骆驼物种的报道。联合国环境规划署日前宣布，基因鉴定表明，中国和英国科学1999年在中国新疆南部无人区联全发现的野骆驼遗骸属于一种新的骆驼物种。专家估计，这种野骆驼总共不到1000头，其濒危程度超过大熊猫。
