实施素质教育要培养学生独立学习和发展的能力,为学生提供个性和主体性的发育空间,因此要合理地界定和控制教师作用的边界,具体包括物理边界、心理边界和文化边界三个方面。
The goal of quality education is abilities of students to learn and
develop independently, and a space for the growth of individuality and subjectivity. Then the physical boundary, psychogical boundary and cultural boundary of teacher's function must be delimited and controled.
