运水式烟罩是饭店厨房的最佳选择
摘要
国家环保总局发布的《饮食业油烟排放标准》，自2000年7月1日开始实施。把“油烟”作为控制指标，规定油烟的最高允许排放浓度为2毫克／立方米。这样，餐饮业的油烟排放问题就成为一个社会各方十方关注的环境问题。而目前多数餐饮企业和单位食堂均采用油网式烟罩，油烟不经过净化处理直接排放，故油烟的浓度高于排放标准数倍甚至十几倍。
