“入世”与应对反倾销问题的对策思考
A Countermining Thought on Joining WTO and Counterdumping Problem
摘要
入世在即，面对欧美等国对我国出口商品反倾销投诉愈演愈烈的现状，本文着重研究如何深入进行市场经济体制改革，运用 WTO有关协议中的保障措施，提出避免和应对国外反倾销的对策，以维护我国出口企业在国际贸易中的合法权益。
