摘要 赛事密集的运动员调整训练应突出抓好以下几个方面 :1、做好赛后的心理调整 ,保持良好的心理状态。 2、做好赛后的体能调整 ,保持良好身体机能。 3、分析技战术得失 ,有的放矢抓技战术训练。 The sports competitions are arranged compactly with little breaks. In order to keep the best competitive condition of athletes and further improve their technical level and physical function disregarding the compact competitions, coaches should pay attention to the regulative training after competitions. The following points must be noted: Firstly, adjust athletes' psychology to maintain their favorite psychal condition. Secondly, adjust athletes' physical strength to keep good physical condition. Finally, study the experience of success and failure in competitions to do some tactical training purposefully.
