炼油厂油罐区喷淋水回用应用研究

Study of Reused Treatment Tank-Washing Wastewater

应用浮选-砂滤结合工艺对某炼油厂油罐区轻微污染的喷淋水进行回收深度处理,砂滤滤速为12m/d;浮选药剂选用无机絮凝剂和有机絮凝剂混配,投加量分别为8～10g/m3、0.5g/m3,投药间隔时间为0.5～1.0min。处理后出水油低于0.1mg/L、悬浮物低于2.0mg/L、COD低于10mg/L,为工业生产提供了合格的循环用水。

The floatation and sand filter process is applied to deep treatment of tank-washing wastewater. When velocity of sand filter is 12 m/h, mixed flocculants composed of inorganic and organic flocculants, feeding dosages of inorganic and organic flocculants being 8～10 g/m3 and 0.5 g/m3 respectively and feeding interval time being 0.5～1.0 min, the effluent concentration for oil, ss and COD is below 0.1 mg/L, 2.0 mg/L and 10 mg/L respectively, effluent quality is completely suited to circulating use in industrial production.
