放射介导下选择性输卵管造影与疏通术的临床观察

A clinical observation on selective salpingography and salpingostomy under radio-guidance

目的 探讨放射介导下选择性输卵管造影与疏通术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效,评价使用价值。方法 对经传统方法治疗无效的输卵管阻塞性不孕症49例,在大型数字减影X线监视下,用同轴导管配导丝经宫颈插管对输卵管行再通术。结果 本组总复通率达72％,近端复通达80％,短期随访,有9例获宫内妊娠。结论 本方法科学、简单、疗效肯定、病人痛苦轻,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of treatment for tubal -occlusive infertility with the interventional therapy. Methods Under the guidance of fluoroscopy with the major DSA, 49 patients with tubal - occlusive infertilily confirmed by hysterosalpingography underwent selective salpingography and salpin-gostomy with coaxial duct and guide line. Results The rate of total restoration in the group was 72%. Nine patients had aquired intrauterine pregnancy in short term of follwo - up. Conclusion The therapy is a scientific, efficient, simple and safe, and worth popularizing clinically.
